A Licensed Broker in the State of California since 1980, I also have 16 years experience in mortgage brokerage. Accomplishments include serving as branch manager for major real estate companies, guiding agents toward successful transactions, and consistently achieving award-winning top producer status for dynamic sales. I am a member of the Beverly Hills Greater Los Angeles Association of Realtors, a Presiding Officer on Arbitration and Ethics hearings for the BHGLAAR's  Professional Standards Committee, acommittee member on the Grievance Committee for the Professional Standards Committee, and a past member of the BHGLAAR's Budget and Finance Committee. Karen has been appointed a Director for 2011 to the California Association of Realtors. In addition to being a member of BHGLAAR, she was a past member in the Southern Regional Association of Realtors for 32 years and the Desert Area Association of Realtors..

There is no perfect market! The important thing is to be able to work with each client to figure out what they need and how they can get it in today's market. That means following market trends, knowing financing options, negotiating strategically on a clients' behalf and continually expanding my knowledge and skills to assist clients, whatever their resources and whatever their needs.
